Participant of anti-raider action detained in Sochi

In Sochi, militiamen used force to detain a woman, who came in a group of people from Krasnodar to tell Russian President Dmitri Medvedev about raider captures of enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory.

The "Caucasian Knot" reported earlier that representatives of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Fregat", LLC "Promavtomatika-Invest" and LLC "Rust-Invest" came from Krasnodar to Sochi, where the 9th International Investment Forum opens today. Five women tried to get to the Bocharov Ruchei, where the reception of the President of the Russian Federation is located aiming to tell him about raider captures of property; however, as the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent learnt by telephone from one of the participants of the action, even with their rolled-up posters they were not let to the reception.

Before the turn of the road leading towards the Bocharov Ruchei, militiamen drove up to the women and blocked their further way, demanding to show their documents and contents of their bags. The women's objections that they violated nothing were ignored; militiamen and FSO (Federal Security Office) agents would not let them further, banned filming and forced to delete the photos made.

Later, when a command was given "to load them all into the car," and women categorically refused to do it, they tried to force Irina Kolesnikova in; she fell down; and then they managed to force her away. Now, Irina is kept at the UVD (Interior Department) of the Tsentralny District of Sochi.
