In Dagestan, defender of beaten lawyer Gyulnara Bammatova appointed

Lawyer Gyulnara Bammatova, who suffered from actions of the worker of the drug control service, will be defended by lawyer Konstantin Mudunov, member of the Bar "Lavkaz", where she also works. Now, he is interrogating witnesses.

Let us remind you that on September 7 in Makhachkala, as a result of actions of a worker of the drug control service, Gyulnara Bammatova, lawyer of the Bar "Kavkaz", was traumatized; she tried to pass to the office of the Republic's department for Drug Control. The Department blames Gyulnara for the incident. Ms Bammatova filed an application on the fact to the prosecutor's office of the Sovietskiy District of the city.

So far, the prosecutor's office has done nothing in response to her application.

According to her husband Murad, he had a talk to inspector Isa Buragin, who deals with this case. The inspector complained that he was "overloaded with work," but assured that the case of lawyer Bammatova would be surely investigated.

Also, Murad told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that Gyulnara, in spite of the fact that her health condition had not essentially improved, was discharged from hospital.

Right after Gyulnara was hospitalized, some unknown "friend" of the ensign, who pushed the woman, called her. He offered to act as intermediary, settle the conflict "to nothing," to reconcile, and asked her to recall her application from the prosecutor's office.

"I told about my commitment to bring the case to the court and asked not to bother me on that occasion any more," she said.
