New district started in Sochi for "Olympic" resettlers

In the vicinity of Yan Fabritsius Street in the Hosta District of Sochi, a new residential area was launched for the residents of the city-resort, whose houses get into the zone of Olympic construction.

As reported by the press service of the department of Krasnodar Territory in charge of enforcing powers at preparing Winter Olympic Games-2014, 50 one- and 2 multi-family houses should be built in the area of about 15 hectares. The administration of the Krasnodar Territory is responsible for building 22 one-family houses and 150 apartments in this area.

According to the Olympic department, now the first phase of the project is underway. According to Vice-Governor Alexander Saurin, "based on all technologies," the site should be commissioned by the end of the year," the "Vecherni Sochi" reports.

The RIA "Novosti" adds that Fabritsius Street is not unique in the Hosta District, where houses for resettlers will be built: sites for the purpose were also allocated in Ruchei Maly and Kraevo-Grecheskoye villages.

The cottage houses for the people, whose real estates got into the zone, where the Adler-Vesyoloye Highway will be built, are also planned to be commissioned by the end of 2010. According to the press service of the State Corporation "Olympstroy", a district for resettlers is being built in Urozhainaya Street in the Adler District along М-27 Federal Highway: 47 one- and two-storey cottages will be commissioned there.

Besides, three five-storey apartment blocks will be finished by autumn in the new micro-district "Vesyoloye-Psou": 256 apartments will be ready there. By the same time, the first phase should be over near Tavricheskaya Street - 24 houses. And in Nekrasovskoe village 102 houses have already been commissioned.

In total in Sochi, about thousand persons, whose houses and households have occurred within the Olympic construction area; the total alienated territory makes 240 hectares.
