Premier of South Ossetia inspects construction sites: some are OK, others not started yet

On the eve of the new school year, Vadim Brovtsev, Chairman of the Government of South Ossetia, has inspected restoration works in educational establishments of the republic and construction of municipal housing facilities. By the outcomes of his inspection Mr Brovtsev has ordered to convoke an extraordinary sitting - the construction of some already funded sites has not begun yet.

The Premier was satisfied with the work of builders in Tskhinvali School No. 2, where teams of "Spetsstroy of Russia" work for the second year already. According to the contractor, "the building is completely ready for the start of school year."

Matters are directly opposite in School No. 3, where the destroyed building is not rebuilt. "We've allotted 57 million roubles to housing and communal services, but the school stands non-repaired right on the eve of the school year, although the order to restore it was given back in spring," said the Prime Minister.

Members of the government also checked the progress at municipal housing sites. Financing of them was renewed two weeks ago, which allowed resuming the works.
