Conflict situation around Soros Foundation building in Moscow
Owners of the building that the Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation) is situated in raise claims to the American management of the Foundation. Kantemir Karamzin, head of the "Sektor-1" Close Corporation - the owner of the building, announced it.
Late at night Thursday, "Sektor-1" representatives occupied the building of the Open Society Institute. An economic conflict has arisen between the building owners and the Foundation, according to Mr. Karamzin.
At the same time Mr. Karamzin emphasized "Sektor-1" had claims to the American management of the Soros Foundation, but "the local direction, Ekaterina Geniyeva stirred up only sympathy."
