Activity of some international humanitarian organizations in camps of IDPs in Ingushetia attracted close attention of FSB

Now the Federal Security Service (FSB) is thoroughly analyzing the situation. Ingush Migration Service head Ivan Pomeschenko announced it. According to him, close checks of the humanitarian missions' activity will start as early as just after the New Year's Day. The special services have got information about single cases when humanitarian organizations are engaged in propaganda aimed to destabilize a situation in Chechnya.

  • Court releases Malgobek law enforcers accused of extortion

    Three policemen from Ingushetia, accused of using violence against a detainee and extortion, have been released. The Supreme Court (SC) of Ingushetia has explained that the period specified by law for the preliminary investigation had expired and their further detention is illegal.
