Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia offers cooperation in special report preparation
As it is known, when the Commissioner presented a report on his activity in 2002 at a round table, he came to the agreement with NGO leaders that their organizations would take part in the preparation of the Commissioner's reports.
Now the Commissioner and his staff are beginning to draw up a special report that will be focused on studying a human rights situation of the military and their families in Krasnodar Territory.
The Commissioner invites all interested persons and organizations to take part in the report preparation by sending him materials corresponding to the subject given.
The deadline for the materials is November 20, 2003.
