Kadyrov finds development of the code of behaviour for Chechens unreasonable

President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was critical to the offer of Vladimir Shvetsov, Deputy Plenipotentiary of Russian President of Russia in the NCFD, on the need to develop the code of behaviour for young people of the regions of Northern Caucasus.

Let us remind you that on July 28 Vladimir Shvetsov recommended the heads of subjects to develop rules of behaviour for the youth outside their republics. According to his version, youth people from some Caucasian regions, when they get out of their republics, sometimes behave with no regard of the opinion of surrounding people, "although not breaking the law, but breaking the norms of behaviour."

As reported by Kadyrov's press service, the leadership of Chechnya "with great bewilderment perceives initiatives of certain officials, who offer at times not quite thoroughly thought over solutions to nationwide problems."

"I find it necessary to remind Vladimir Shvetsov that Chechens, like any other nation, have their code of behaviour. It was developed during centuries, and it is sacred and indestructible. Our people have their culture and their traditions, based on respect of elders, care of youngsters, respect of culture, traditions and customs of other nations," said President of Chechnya.

Earlier, Mikhail Savva, chairman of the public board at the GUVD (Chief Interior Division) of the Krasnodar Territory, while making comments on the mass fight in the "Don" Children's Camp, raised the issue of teaching and instructing teenagers from the Chechen Republic, who go to other regions of Russia in big groups.
