Refugees from Abkhazia hold rally at the Ministry of Economy

Abkhazian refugees came to hold a rally near the building of the Ministry of Economy in Tbilisi, demanding a meeting with Vera Kobaliya, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, to address the problem of their worthy housing.

The protesters were several dozens strong; and the action was supported by the opposition - the Conservative Party, the People's Party and the "Christian Georgia".

As reported by the "News-Georgia", on July 30 forced resettlers from Abkhazia plan to hold a broader action under the motto "Solidarity with refugees" near the Ministry of Economy, while activists of opposition parties do not exclude similar actions in the regions of the country.
