Kabardino-Balkaria opens youth camp "Caucasus-2020"

On July 19, the city of Nalchik hosted an opening ceremony of the youth tent camp "Caucasus-2020", located on the coast of the picturesque Kurortnoe Lake, where more than one thousand young men from all Russia - from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad - gathered.

The forum is held under the initiative of the head of Kabardino-Balkaria and organized by the Party "Edinaya Rossiya" (United Russia). In the opinion of organizers, the "Caucasus-2020" will contribute to uniting young men of different nationalities and beliefs, and to formation of the country's united cultural and information environment.

The forum will accumulate a "bank of projects" aimed to address the problems of socio-political development of Northern Caucasus; they will be then included into the perspective development projects of the region.
