Suspect of murdering Kalmyk student detained in Moscow

In Moscow, a suspected killer of Dolgan Nikeev, a student from Kalmykia, was placed in custody. His name is not disclosed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that at night on April 21, Kalmyk student Dolgan Nikeev was knifed to death and his friend Vladimir Sanzhiev was wounded in the Miklukho-Maklai Street. The crime caused a broad public resonance, and the head of Kalmykia Kirsan Ilyumzhinov promised to take the course of investigation under his personal supervision.

As reported by law enforcement bodies of Russian capital, a suspect of the murder, a native of Moscow, was detained on April 25 during "operative-search actions", as the "CITY-FM" reports.

On April 26, he was presented a charge under the article of "murder". Now, law enforcement bodies search his possible helpers accused, "Kalmykia-online" reports.
