Today, Armenians all over the world mark Memory Day of genocide victims

Today, on the Memory Day of the victims of Armenians' genocide of 1915-1922 in the Ottoman Empire, Yerevan and other dwelling settlements of Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and foreign countries with Armenian Diasporas will hold traditional mourning actions commemorating the genocide victims.

In Armenia, the march to the Memorial of Genocide Victims in Tsitsernakarberd started early in the morning. The memorial was visited by tens of thousands persons; they laid flowers and wreaths to the eternal fire. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports from Yerevan that elderly and middle-aged people were among the participants of the memorial march, and a lot of young people.

Yesterday, on April 23, and today mourning actions took place in Stepanakert, Moscow, Los Angeles, Kiev, Paris, Lyons, Athens, Amsterdam and other cities of the world.
