Rally of deceived interest-holders held in Rostov-on-Don

A rally of deceived interest-holders in housing construction was held today; by a visual estimate of the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent the event was at least 150-person strong.

People stood in masks with inscriptions "No to double sales!" and held posters with their demands and names of the companies, which had deceived them.

Prior to start the rally, Natalia Misyuk, head of the initiative group of deceived interest-holders, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent: "On March 13 we decided to remind once again to the authorities - we still have no flats. They promise bright future, but now, as you can see, we stand here freezing."

After opening the rally, military pensioner Igor Muravyov said: "We've gathered here because our rights were broken; and this is the only way to state this collectively." According to his story, some of deceived interest-holders already died because of the hassles they received instead of flats for their money. It was offered to commemorate them by a minute of silence.

The representative of the "Archstroynadzor" (Architecture and Construction Supervising Agency), who is also a member of the working group on deceived interest-holders at the administration of the Rostov Region, described the situation in detail about every house; and offered to comment every case personally.
