Claim of Novorossisk UVD head to Dymovskiy and Karastelyov to be considered on March 23

Today, the Primorskiy District Court of Novorossisk has obliged the city UVD (Interior Department) bosses to present the proofs of the fact that it was personally Major Alexei Dymovskiy who had placed a video appeal in the Internet with criticism of the situation in law enforcement bodies. Today, also the date was appointed for consideration of the suit of the head of the UVD to human rights activist Vadim Karastelyov.

"The court has obliged the claimants to present proofs that it was Dymovskiy who had created a website, prepared and placed the video clips," the "UGA.Ru" portal quotes Mstislav Pomerantsev, who represents the respondent's interests. "The consideration of claims is appointed on March 23. The above proofs should be presented by then," said Mr Pomerantsev.

The website "Pravo.ru" refers to human rights activist Vadim Karastelyov, who is representing Dymovskiy's interests and who believes that the claimants would not manage to prove the fact of slander. He explained that, according to the law, the court needs to know who had made the statements discrediting the honour and business reputation of the claimants and who had created the video appeal and placed it in the Internet.

According to Karastelyov, Dymovskiy does not deny that he had said the words, but did not create the video and did not place it in the Internet. Alexei Dymovskiy tells the same.

The hearing on the other claim of Vladimir Chernositov, head of the Novorossisk UVD, - to human rights activist Vadim Karastelyov - is also appointed at the Primorskiy District Court on March 23; the time gap between the two sessions will be one hour, as the "Interfax" reports.
