Alexei Karastelyov: attacker on my father was detained by employees of "Gosnarkokontrol"
In Novorossisk, the person who attacked human rights activist Vadim Karastelyov was detained not by local militiamen but by employees of the Federal Drug Control Service (known as "Gosnarkokontrol"), while the attacker was receiving instructions by a mobile phone. This was reported by Vadim's son - Alexei Karastelyov - to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
"From the latest news: it became clear that one of the attackers was detained not by militiamen but by "Gosnarkokontrol" workers who were engaged in some investigatory actions nearby. It ids also known already that the detained criminal had a cellular telephone by which he received instructions. The telephone was confiscated and sure contains phone numbers of his instructors. My father told me about it when I last visited him. As he said, he learnt about it from reliable sources: some people came to see him at hospital," said Alexei Karastelyov.
