Krasnodar court postpones hearing on Dymovskiy's restoration at work

The preliminary hearing on the claim lodged by dismissed Militia Major Alexei Dymovskiy against the GUVD (Chief Interior Department) of the Krasnodar Territory, due to take place today at the Pervomaiskiy District Court of Krasnodar, was cancelled, as Judge Svetlana Mordovina has announced.

The "Caucasian Knot" wrote earlier that Mr Dymovskiy had lodged a claim against a legal entity - the GUVD of the Krasnodar Territory - asking to cancel his dismissal order, restore him at work and pay compensation of moral damage in the sum of 100,000 roubles.

Today, the claimant's representative failed to appear. "His relative called me to tell that the representative was sick and unable to come," Judge Mordovina told the "Interfax". The session was reappointed on March 17.
