The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent learnt from Beslan Arshba, head of the administration of the Gali District, the incident happened at about 1:40 p.m. Moscow time. Earlier in this village, a local family was exposed to an armed assault, and criminal search agents arrived at the venue.
