Materials on Ruslan Yamadaev's murder handed over to victims for studying

Today, the Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office (ICPO) of the Russian Federation has notified the victims in the murder case of Hero of Russia, ex-deputy Ruslan Yamadaev that they can start familiarizing themselves with the materials of the case.

As reported by Ruslan's brother Isa, inspectors told him that according to Article 216 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he, being a victim, can now study the materials of the case.

Then, the right to study the materials will be given to Aslanbek Dadaev and Elim-Pasha Khatsuev, who were presented, one of these days, the final wording of charges of murdering Ruslan Yamadaev, as the "Rosbalt" reports.

According to this agency, under the version of the inquiry, Dadaev was the direct executor of the crime. According to the ICPO's spokesman, his guilt was confirmed by witnesses' evidences, including General Sergey Kizyun.

The "Gazeta.Ru" adds that another witness in this criminal case disappeared under strange circumstances. This was a resident of Chechnya who provided a flat to Dadaev shortly before Yamadaev's murder and often contacted the gunman.

Let us remind you that earlier the investigatory bodies had accused Khatsuev of complicity in murdering Ruslan Yamadaev and an attempt to kill Sergey Kizyun, as the "Kommersant" writes.
