Prosecutor's Office of Dagestan reveals numerous violations admitted by supervisors

The Prosecutor's Office of Dagestan has summed up the checks of execution of legislation on state control. Numerous violations of the law were revealed.

The results show that many control and supervising bodies regularly break the Federal law "On Protection of Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs When Performing State Supervision and Municipal Control".

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Prosecutor's Office that in total over a thousand violations of the Law were revealed. 20 statements of claim were sent to the court; 18 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility; and 56 protests on cancelling of illegal acts of control bodies were lodged.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, officials of supervising bodies failed to notify entrepreneurs about forthcoming checks, document the outcomes of the conducted checks in the order established by the law, and acquaint the entrepreneurs with these documents.
