Georgia demands release of detained South-Ossetian teenagers

The Georgian MIA demands to set free four Georgian teenagers, who had been detained on November 4 by power agents of South Ossetia and declared to be terrorists, without any preconditions.

According to the Ministry, Giorgy Romelashvili, Victor Buchukuri, Aleko Sabadze and Levan Khmiadashvili, all of them aged 14, are residents of Tirdznisi village, Gori District, located close to the territory of South Ossetia. All the four schoolboys disappeared at midday on November 4 from the territory, controlled by the Georgian party. The "Georgia Online" reports that the Georgian party calls the international community to rise in defence of the children.

According to the South-Ossetian party, the four minor citizens of Georgia were detained on November 4 at about 11:00 p.m. in the territory of Tskhinvali by employees of the MIA of South Ossetia. The "RES" Information Agency reports that four grenades and explosives were confiscated from the teenagers.
