On October 23, Sergey Yezhov, editor of the website "Foreshorten", which covers the situation in Northern Caucasus, was kidnapped in Moscow. Today, Sergey sent a news item about himself from the city of Naberezhnye Chelny (Tatarstan).

Sofia Yezhova, wife of the kidnapped person, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that her husband, oppositionist Sergey Yezhov was taken away by unidentified persons, who presented themselves as operative agents of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan.

Not so long ago Sergey Yezhov opened an information Internet project "Foreshorten" - a sort of a political Internet newspaper. Recently, the paper mainly covered the problems of Northern Caucasus.
