Senior State Inspector Bogatirev Magomet Akhmetovich arrived in Azov to meet green activists

However, they are still uncertain that the commission will make a decision necessary for the Azov population.
On August 21 Senior State Inspector Bogatirev Magomet Akhmetovich, a head of the Department for Operative Verification of Population's Complaints of the Department for State Control and Perspective Development of Nature Management and Environmental Protection in the South Federal Region, arrived in Azov to meet representatives of the green movement. He reported that he personally had:

1. established a commission to solve the problems of the methanol terminal construction;

2. issued the edict on the discontinuation of the construction until the commission had made decisions.

The participants of the protest campaign consider this event a step toward the solution of the problem. However, they are still uncertain that the commission will make a decision necessary for the Azov population.
