Evicted refugees wait to meet President of Ingushetia

The evicted refugee families, who lived in Malgobek, want to meet President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov. According to Vakha Chapanov, head of the IA "Maximum", the refugees want to be received by the President in order to settle their problems.

Let us remind you that on August 5 in Ingushetia court marshals, in execution of the decision of the Malgobek City Court, evicted nine refugee families out of the hostel, where they lived in Malgobek. In total, about 60 persons were moved out, among them about ten children, many of them of preschool age.

Now, the refugees live with their relatives and friends.

According to Mr Chapanov, earlier the refugees addressed for help to Acting President of Ingushetia Rashid Gaisanov and to the Human Rights Centre "Memorial". "The problem remains open," said Mr Chapanov.
