Kabardino-Balkaria to develop social tourism

Recommendations were given to tour agencies of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) to move their proposals on social tourism, intended for people with limited physical capabilities.

The first tour of this type was held by the KBR's Ministry for Sports and Tourism by the Day of Russia (June 12). In total, 50 persons went on tour - inhabitants of the Special Boarding House for Lonely and Aged Persons and the Nalchik Home for Aged and Invalids.

The edition "Tourism in Russia" reports with reference to the Ministry's press service that the organizers of the tour marked that the trip was a real holiday and brought plenty of positive emotions to people who sometimes lack attention in everyday life.

The tourist image of Kabardino-Balkaria is variable and formed by natural resources in plenty possessed by this republic: nice climate, mountain landscapes, therapeutic muds and mineral water sources.
