Political analysts: in KBR "Imarat Kavkaz" has not given up to ISIL

Court arrests opposition activists in Shaki
In the evening of November 10, Mubariz Abdulkerimov, Samir Gasanov, and Aidyn Alimamedov, three activists of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), were detained by the police at the "Tea House" in Shaki. All three detainees were brought to the district police station on charge of disobeying the police.

Two Chechen MIA officials dismissed for opening fire at wedding parties
Policeman Ramzan Daduev and Djokhar Magomadov, a fighter of the regiment on protection of oil and gas complex of Chechnya, have been dismissed from service after they had violated a ban on opening fire during wedding parties. Armenian rights defenders: it is inhumane to keep seriously ill man in prison until death
In Armenia, 43-year-old Karen Boyadjyan, who was serving his life sentence, died. According to the prisoner's advocate, the Armenian Ministry of Justice (MoJ) was aware of the fatal illness of the prisoner. In connection with the Karen Boyadjyan's death, human rights defenders claimed it had been inhumane to keep a seriously ill person in prison.

In Yerevan, woman attempts self-immolation
In Yerevan, a woman tried to commit self-immolation together with two minor children. She stays in a hospital in serious condition. The minor children were not injured. This was reported by Norair Davidyan, Director of the Centre for Radiation Medicine and Burns.
