Telegram chat administrator detained after protest action in Vladikavkaz
In Moscow, law enforcers have detained Arsen Besolov, an administrator of a Telegram chat. The chat was for communication among the supporters of Vadim Cheldiev, the initiator of an unauthorized rally against self-isolation held in Vladikavkaz.

Instagram users respond to call to help Dagestani doctors
Within three days, the Instagram users, who have supported the initiators of the campaign under the hashtag #yamyvrachi (I and we are doctors), raised over one million roubles. The money will be used to buy medical masks and other personal protective means for Dagestani doctors.

Law enforcers explain closed entrances to Makhachkala by coronavirus threat
Policemen have blocked all the entrances to Makhachkala and, referring to the order of the head of the city police. Only medics, law enforcers, and vehicles with foodstuffs and medicines are let into the city.

Restrictions on crossing Azerbaijani border extended until late May
In Azerbaijan, the authorities decided to uphold restrictions on crossing the country's state borders until May 31 because of the threat of the coronavirus infection spread. Alexander Cherkasov pays first 300,000 roubles of fines
The chairman of the board of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" paid three fines, each in the amount of 100,000 roubles, which were imposed on him after the inspection conducted by the FSB Department for Ingushetia.
