This was stated on February 24 at the last session of the Parliament of Dagestan of the fourth convocation by Dagestani Ombudsperson Ummupazil Omarova. Elena Marchenko, a resident of the city of Azov, Rostov Region, is suing Irina Grinchak, a teacher of kindergarten No. 16, accusing her of abusing Elena's child. Mother of Aslan Cherkesov, the main suspect of murdering Yegor Sviridov, is furious that her son, who is kept in the SIZO (pre-trial prison) "Matrosskaya Tishina" (meaning "Sailors' Silence") was awarded a "yellow mark". The bosses of the facility give no explanation on why the mark appeared in Cherkesov's personal file.
