Krasnodar residents debated the equipment of shelters from drones.

A resident of Krasnodar filmed a video showing a shelter from drones in the basement of her house, which lacks furniture and other amenities. Other Krasnodar residents, commenting on this video in Telegram, debated whether an empty room is sufficient for shelter or if it should at least have minimal conditions.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", residents of Krasnodar have repeatedly complained about problems with shelters from drones. For instance, on September 8, Krasnodar residents pointed out that some basements designated as shelters remain closed, and some rooms lack ventilation and a safe exit.

One of the residents of Krasnodar filmed a shelter in the basement of her apartment building. The footage shows empty rooms with unfinished walls and a concrete floor. There is no furniture, tables, or chairs in them.

The video was published on September 14 by the Telegram channel "Krasnodar | Teletype", which has about 125,000 subscribers. As of 08:50 MSK on September 15, this video had gained 13.8 thousand views and 50 comments.

Some commentators felt that one should not expect comfortable conditions from a shelter: the main thing is that the room allows one to wait out the threat. "What's wrong? No coffee machines or beds?" – asked Serafim.

"Enough already, no one owes you anything! Organize yourselves and make it comfortable, the rooms have been provided to you," – wrote Dmitry.

"We don't have any at all. If something serious happens – don't expect anything good. So be happy. In a shelter, the main thing is to save lives, not comfort," – stated Tatyana.

Other commentators disagreed, arguing that even a temporary shelter should have at least minimal conditions for people. "They are obliged. The management company. There should be benches, blankets, water," – pointed out Darya Kremer.

"Well, sit on the floor in the shelter. The girl above wrote how it should be equipped," – noted Natasha.

"A shelter is not a hotel, if someone didn't know. But, probably, there should at least be benches. And water is needed because drainage pumps should be placed in the square holes shown in the video, as these holes are intended for them, but that's a whole different story," – wrote user GochA.

As of 08:50 MSK on September 15, there are no comments on the Krasnodar administration's website regarding residents' complaints about the equipment of shelters from drones.

Recall that on August 30, a resident of Krasnodar criticized the equipment of a shelter in the basement of her house, and other residents reported that in some buildings such rooms do not exist or management companies refused to equip them.

On August 24, during a drone attack, residents complained that they could not access the basements designated as shelters.

On August 20, the authorities of Krasnodar reported that they had obliged management companies to equip shelters in basements, however, local residents pointed out the formal approach to preparing shelters and the unsuitability of some rooms.
