Makhachkala shareholders complained to Putin about the violation of their rights.

A group of shareholders from Makhachkala recorded a video message to Vladimir Putin complaining about deception by the management of the construction company "AR Group" and the inaction of local authorities.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in December, shareholders of the construction company "AR Group" appealed to the head of Dagestan for help. According to them, the company "AR Group" claimed to be building more than 10 facilities, but only one house has been completed during the entire period.

Shareholders of "AR Group" from Makhachkala recorded a video message to President Vladimir Putin complaining about the violation of their rights. The video with the appeal to Putin was published last night by the Instagram*-public makhachkala_.

The authors of the appeal explained that they are forced to turn to Putin, as they have not seen any real solution to their problem at the regional level for a long time. "All our attempts to achieve justice through local authorities have yielded no results," said one of the shareholders in the video.

According to him, more than four thousand shareholders have suffered from the actions of the construction company, who invested money and ended up without funds and without apartments.

"For many, this was their last savings, which families planned to use to improve their living conditions and secure a future for their children. Now these families find themselves in an extremely difficult life situation, and they have nowhere to expect help from. We appeal to you as the guarantor of the Constitution and the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation," the authors of the appeal noted.

The shareholders asked Putin to assist in restoring their rights – to instruct the authorized bodies to investigate the situation and check the activities of the company "AR Group".

We remind you that earlier, shareholders of "AR Group" reported that the construction company's facilities are abandoned: some buildings are frozen at three to five stories, and some sites are just pits. Meanwhile, the company's cash register is empty, and people who applied for a refund for their apartments either have their payments completely stopped or receive amounts of 10-15 thousand rubles, which cannot be considered a real refund. Deceived residents emphasized that the total amount of debt to shareholders, by their estimates, is 6-7 billion rubles.
