The head of the kindergarten in Makhachkala has become a defendant in the case regarding the injury of a pupil.

The investigation did not confirm the version that the kindergarten teachers in Makhachkala cut off the finger of a three-year-old girl after injuring her foot.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", earlier the three-year-old pupil was hospitalized with the diagnosis of "traumatic amputation of the little toe of the right foot". After that, two teachers and a nanny in Makhachkala were accused of being involved in the injury of the girl. The accused were dismissed, as was the head of the institution.

A criminal case has been opened against the head of the kindergarten for negligence, as the pupil sustained a serious foot injury due to the lack of proper supervision by the kindergarten staff. "The investigation has gathered sufficient evidence to bring charges against two teachers and a nanny under the criminal article for providing services that do not meet the safety requirements for the life and health of consumers," quotes RIA Novosti the words of the head of the republican Investigative Committee Alexander Suprun.

Investigators did not confirm the version that the kindergarten teachers in Makhachkala cut off the girl's finger after injuring her foot. "This version was thoroughly checked by the investigation and found no confirmation. Final conclusions will be made after receiving the conclusions of all appointed forensic examinations and completing the necessary investigative actions," said Suprun.
