Two gardening communities were flooded in Kuban.

In the Seversky District of Krasnodar Krai, two gardening associations were flooded due to rising water levels, and two people were evacuated.

Due to the flooding of the Ubin River in the Bonchkovsky village, the Urozhai and Kommunproekt gardening associations were flooded. The water level rose by at least five centimeters in 40 adjacent areas and in two houses, the Krasnodar Krai Emergency Response Team reported on April 19.

There are no permanent residents in the associations; two people were evacuated to their permanent residence. Seventeen people have been deployed to the flood control center. It is also reported that in the village of Vodokachka, the water level in the Afips River continues to rise, and it has already exceeded unfavorable levels.

Rising water levels have been noted in several other regions of Kuban, specifically in Sochi, Goryachiy Klyuch, the Tuapse District, and the Apsheronsky, Belorechensky, and Krymsky districts, but they have not yet reached dangerous levels.

Previously, "Kavkazsky Uzel" reported that in February, due to heavy rains , the water level in the Herota River rose, and Sochi authorities warned of possible flooding and landslides.
