A North Ossetian soldier was killed in Ukraine.

Artur Mozgovoy from the Mozdok district was killed in combat. Since the beginning of the Russian operation in Ukraine, at least 562 combatants from North Ossetia have been officially recognized as killed there.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by March 5, authorities had officially recognized at least 4,326 servicemen from the North Caucasus Federal District killed in Ukraine, including 561 from North Ossetia.

The name of the next serviceman from North Ossetia killed in Ukraine was released by the Mozdok district administration on the evening of March 5.

The deceased is Artur Mozgovoy, born in 2003. He will be buried in the village of Troitskoye today, March 6, according to a publication on the municipality's official Telegram channel.

Thus, at least 562 fighters from North Ossetia have been officially recognized as killed in Ukraine. The "Caucasian Knot" is maintaining a list of names of natives of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts killed in the military operation. On February 23, the Mozdok District Administration reported that 19-year-old Ilya Kochiyev was killed in fighting in Ukraine.
