Journalists discovered mansions belonging to Kadyrov's sons worth 2 billion rubles.

The homes of Ali, Adam, and Abdullakh Kadyrov are located in close proximity to Ramzan Kadyrov's residence in Grozny; their combined value is estimated at more than two billion rubles, journalists have discovered.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," Ramzan Kadyrov has 10 biological children – four sons (Akhmat, Zelimkhan (Ali), Adam, and Abdullakh) and six daughters (Aishat, Karina (Khadizhat), Khedi (Khutmat), Tabarik, Ashura, and Eishat). In June 2024, 17-year-old Ali Kadyrov also met with Putin. Ramzan Kadyrov stated that the president personally invited his son to the meeting and congratulated him on his upcoming wedding.

Ali Kadyrov owns a 4,500-square-meter plot of land and a 1,300-square-meter house. He purchased the mansion in February 2024 from a certain Adam Kasumov. Based on local prices, Ali Kadyrov's property could be valued at at least 500 million rubles, the publication states.

Next to Ali is the house of his younger brother, Abdullah, who owns a 4,000-square-meter plot of land and a 2,000-square-meter house. He became the owner of the palace when he was only seven years old (Abdullah is now nine). The property was given to him by his father, Ramzan Kadyrov, according to leaked data from the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr). The head of Chechnya leased the plot, then transferred the land to his son, who privatized it in 2023. At local prices, this house could be valued at approximately 800 million rubles.

Adam Kadyrov also settled near his brothers. He owns a white four-story mansion worth 750 million rubles, the publication states.

As a reminder, on January 16, sources reported that the motorcade of Ramzan Kadyrov's third son was involved in a traffic accident in Grozny, injuring Adam Kadyrov and his companions. The following day, Ramzan Kadyrov published a report on a meeting chaired by 18-year-old Adam Kadyrov and announced that Adam had been awarded an award for ensuring the safety of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. The video was recorded a day before the alleged accident, journalists discovered. According to sources, the accident occurred near the Safiya banquet hall on Staropromyslovskoye Highway in the Putinsky District.
