Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, according to authorities and security forces, at least 4,051 fighters from the North Caucasus Federal District and 4,049 from the Southern Federal District have been killed.

Magomed Magomedov was killed in the military operation, and his awards were handed over to his brother, the Khasavyurt administration reported on its website.

Details of Magomedov's biography and death were not provided in the publication. It also lists by name representatives of the administration, military registration and enlistment office, and the veterans' association who participated in the meeting.
