The Ministry of Defense counted 10 downed drones in the Rostov region.

The Rostov region was the only region in southern Russia where a drone attack was recorded overnight.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," drones were neutralized last night in the Verkhnedonsky, Millerovsky, and Chertkovsky districts of the Rostov region, the governor announced.

From 11:00 PM Moscow time on October 31 to 7:00 AM, 98 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed, including 10 in the Rostov region, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel.

According to the publication, the remaining drones were shot down over the territories of nine regions outside the Southern Federal District.

As a reminder, on the night of October 31, the military UAVs were neutralized in the Myasnikovsky, Millerovsky, and Chertkovsky districts of the Rostov region.

The previous day, two private homes were damaged during a drone attack in the Rostov region , and a cell phone tower was damaged in the Volgograd region.

On October 21, a drone crashed onto two private homes in Rostov-on-Don, injuring two people. In Bataysk, the attack damaged 131 apartments in eight residential buildings, 41 cars, seven retail pavilions, and a private medical center. By October 27, authorities had received more than 200 claims for compensation from victims.
