A representative of the administration tried to stay at the polling station in Goryachy Klyuch after the candidates and observers left to work with documents, according to the observer's statement. The police were called to the station.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" reported, gubernatorial and municipal elections are being held in Krasnodar Krai from September 12 to 14. On the first day of voting, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation recorded violations at polling stations in Krasnodar concerning the work of observers and the rules for organizing mobile voting.

The regional headquarters of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation reported violations at polling station No. 1039 in Goryachy Klyuch. According to the headquarters, "a representative of the administration arrived there with the desire to "work with statements" at night on the territory of the polling station."

"The police were called by the observers. But the commission, ignoring the law, does not seal the station, but tries to expel the observers and stay to "work,"" the headquarters' message is quoted in a publication posted on the night of September 13 on the CPRF website.

The publication is illustrated with a video clip, allegedly recorded by an observer on the premises of the station. Several police officers are visible in the frame. The woman filming the video explains off-camera that she is recording at "point 1039" in Goryachy Klyuch.

"We had this situation: the working hours of the precinct election commission ended, it was already 8.40 [20.40], and we were asked to leave, but for some reason an administration employee remained who claimed that he would work with applications, with complaints. "At night?" we asked. He: "Yes, I will work at night." That is, now they called the police," says the author of the video.

According to her, the police suggested that observers and candidates leave the precinct, and the "outsider" from the administration stay there. "But this is a flagrant violation," she said, adding that "the police are looking into it, but there is no result."

As of 08:25 Moscow time, the Kuban Electoral Commission had not commented on the situation at polling station No. 1039 on its Telegram channel. The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs also did not report the incident on its website.
