"On April 29, 2025, during the mobilization period, the defendant failed to report for service at the appointed time in the military unit stationed in the city of Stavropol. Ali Kochaliyev pleaded guilty to committing the crime charged to him and expressed regret for what he had done. For committing this crime, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 5 years," the department clarifies.
