Seven fighters from Volgograd region killed in Ukraine

State awards were presented to the relatives of seven soldiers from the Leninsky district who were killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, at least 1,324 fighters from the Volgograd region have been officially recognized as killed in it.

On September 5, awards were handed over to the relatives of seven residents of the Leninsky District of the Volgograd Region who were killed in the military operation, the head of the district, Andrei Denisov, reported on his Telegram channel.

According to the publication, those killed were privates Sergei Kharchenko, Alexei Kim, Anton Druzhinin and Alexander Karyakin, sailor Konstantin Shcherbinin, junior sergeant Andrei Filippov and sergeant Yuri Pastukhov.

Thus, at least 1,324 fighters from the Volgograd Region have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
