Two North Ossetian soldiers killed in Ukraine
Vadim Mairamov from Ardon and Aslan Zokoyev from the Digorsky District were killed in combat. Since the beginning of the Russian operation in Ukraine, the authorities have publicly named at least 478 combatants from North Ossetia killed there.
As "Kavkazsky Uzel" reported, by August 19, at least 476 fighters from North Ossetia were officially recognized as killed in the war zone in Ukraine.
The names of two more soldiers from North Ossetia killed in Ukraine were named by the administrations of two municipalities in the republic, announcing their funerals. Both of the killed will be buried today, August 28.
One of the killed is 46-year-old Vadim Mairamov from Ardon. He has two children, according to a message from the Telegram channel of the Ardon District Administration.
Another person killed was Aslan Zokoyev from the village of Kora-Ursdon in the Digorsky District of the republic. Officials did not publish his biographical data.
Thus, at least 478 servicemen from North Ossetia have been officially recognized as killed in Ukraine.
