Twelve fighters from the Volgograd region were killed in the SVO zone

Sergeant Pavel Malushkin and Private Aleksey Surnin were posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, the Kamyshinsky District Administration reported on its Telegram channel on August 14.

Earlier, the district authorities reported that Vladimir Kolzhanov, Roman Kondratyuk, Dmitry Druzhinin, Maksim Bukov, Aleksandr Khorokhorkin, Nikita Bukhalkin, Aleksandr Borisov, Aleksey Dyakov, Yevgeny Salnikov, and Denis Stepanov were killed in combat in the military operation zone in Ukraine.

Thus, at least 1,301 soldiers from the Volgograd region have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
