UAVs attempted to attack objects in Nevinnomyssk and Stavropol

The longest drone alert regime of all time was lifted this morning in Stavropol Krai.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on the night of August 10, air defense forces shot down 121 unmanned aerial vehicles over Russian regions, including 42 drones intercepted in the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts. 29 UAVs were shot down over Krasnodar Krai, eight over Stavropol, and five in Rostov Oblast.

The governor of Stavropol Krai Vladimir Vladimirov announced the announcement of a drone alert regime in his Telegram channel at 17:25 Moscow time on August 9. The drone threat was lifted only 13 hours later, a post about it was published at 6:29 Moscow time on August 10.

"Stavropol has had the longest drone threat regime of all time," the head of the region wrote at 8:11 Moscow time. "The enemy tried to attack objects in Nevinnomyssk and Stavropol. All these attacks were successfully repelled."

According to Vladimirov, there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the drone attack. The Governor called on residents and visitors of Stavropol to "be attentive and careful" and to use only official sources of information.

Recall that at night, air defense forces repelled an air attack by drones in the Millerovsky and Chertkovsky districts of Rostov Oblast.

In neighboring Krasnodar Krai on August 9, a woman from Slavyansk-on-Kuban was injured in a drone attack; she refused hospitalization. It was later reported that the total number of victims increased to four. In Krasnoarmeysky, Slavyansky, Krymsky, Seversky districts, private houses were damaged.
