The queue in front of the Crimean Bridge has grown to 1,170 cars

Drivers of 1,000 cars are waiting in Krasnodar Krai to cross the bridge across the Kerch Strait, 170 cars are in line from the Crimean side.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, today by 03:00 Moscow time, there were 990 cars in line in front of the Crimean Bridge from the Taman side, there was no line in front of the inspection point from the Kerch side.

As of 08:00 Moscow time, there are 1,000 cars in line to the Crimean Bridge from the Taman side, the Information Center for Highways to the Crimean Bridge reported on its Telegram channel. "The wait is about three hours. There are 170 vehicles in the queue from the Kerch side," the message says.

Today, users of the "Crimean Bridge Chat" Telegram chat also reported traffic jams in front of the bridge. "We stood for three hours from Taman, and now we're driving across the bridge," Anastasia reported at 07.32 Moscow time.

"Hooray!! Only 4 hours in a traffic jam, and we're in Crimea)) we got stuck at 3.40, and were on the bridge at 7.30," shared Juliya Valer'evna.

We've been standing for 2 hours already

"We've been standing for 2 hours already, and it looks like we'll have to wait another 2 hours," Alexandra Zemtsova complained at 07.58 Moscow time. "We traveled 1.5 km in an hour and 10 minutes," Vishnya wrote at 08:01 Moscow time.

Recall that on July 17, 2023, the Crimean Bridge was attacked by Ukrainian drones, one span was destroyed, another was damaged. Traffic on the bridge was restored only on November 1 of the same year.

On October 8, 2022, an explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge, two spans collapsed. Vladimir Putin called the incident a terrorist attack, the FSB said that the organizer of the terrorist attack was the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Traffic on the bridge was resumed a month later.
