The last militant of those who prepared a terror act against US Embassy arrested in Azerbaijan

Bakhtiyar Orudzhev, the last member who remained at large from the group of Wahhabites, who had planned terror acts against embassies of western countries and who attacked the "LUKOIL" Company's fuelling station, was arrested in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, at night on November 20.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent with reference to the press service of the Ministry of National Security (MNS) of Azerbaijan informs that during detention Bakhtiyar Orudzhev had grenades on him, which had been stolen by officer Kyamran Asadov from the military unit deployed in the Khanlar District.

During his interrogation, Orudzhev confessed that he had taken part in planning actions against foreign embassies. The MNS has informed that after B. Orudzhev's arrest, the operation of neutralizing the gang of religious extremists can be regarded finished.
