The Prosecutor's Office of the Achkhoy-Martan region of Chechnya opened a criminal case based on the article ?Abduction of a person? to investigate the disappearance of the 16-year old girl from the Chechen settlement Samashki Elina Katsayeva.

?The investigation is conducted by the regional prosecutor's office. It is early to speak of the complicity of concrete persons in this crime?, Chechen Deputy Prosecutor Said Pashayev announced on Wednesday.

According to his words Katsayeva abducted on Saturday night by unknown people has been already released.

Last Saturday armed people in masks rushed in the house of the Samashki inhabitant and took away the girl by force. Samashki picketers did not set up any political claims and did not make disorders.

The head of the administration reported earlier that on Wednesday movement along the routed ?Kavkaz? on the crossings Baku-Rostov - Achkhoy-Martan-Samashki was completely restored.
