Four natives of North Ossetia killed in Ukraine

Alexander Kovalenko from the Mozdok District, Sergey Visyach and Timur Karginov from the Prigorodny District, and Mikhail Orchikov, a native of Vladikavkaz, have perished in the hostilities in Ukraine. Since the start of the military operation, at least 21 natives of North Ossetia have lost their lives there.

The "Caucasian Knot" is running the list of names of the natives of Southern Russia who have perished in the military operation in Ukraine. The list is based on the data officially confirmed by the district authorities. As of 7:30 p.m. Moscow time, the deaths of at least 122 natives of Southern Russia had been officially confirmed, including 79 natives of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD).

The administration of the Mozdok District of North Ossetia has announced the death of a native of the village of Kievskoye. "In the special operation in Ukraine, our fellow countryman from the village of Kievskoye, Alexander Vasilievich Kovalenko, born in 1994, has perished," reads the March 15 post on the Telegram channel of the district administration.

Earlier, the administration of the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia reported on its Telegram channel about the death of two fellow countrymen. On March 7, a resident of the village of Arkhonskaya, Captain Sergey Visyach, perished in Ukraine. The administration also announced the death of Timur Karginov, another native of the district.

The death of another native of North Ossetia, Mikhail Orchikov, was earlier reported by Sergey Sitnikov, the governor of the Kostroma Region. "Mikhail Orchikov was born and served in Vladikavkaz," reads the March 9 message posted on the website of the administration of the Kostroma Region.

Thus, since the start of hostilities in Ukraine, at least 21 natives of North Ossetia have perished.
