Five rebels, policeman killed in Chechnya's Sunzha district

Rebels were going to attack a federal military unit in Chechnya's Sunzha district, according to information obtained by law enforcement agencies. Police established the whereabouts of the rebel group, however, after which it was destroyed, a spokesman for the Regional Operations Headquarters on the Counter-terrorist Operation in the North Caucasus told Yufo.ru. The operation led to five rebels killed and nine of them detained. The law enforcement casualties were one killed and two wounded.
