Sochi court marshals start evicting Dyakov family

Court marshals broke the entrance door and began enforcing the judgement on the eviction of the large Dyakov family out of an apartment of the reserve housing fund.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on March 13, 2015, the court of Sochi satisfied the Mayoralty’s lawsuit and ruled to evict the Dyakovs with their children. On February 8, the court rejected the family’s petition to review the eviction judgement.

Fyodor Dyakov, the head of the family, worries that an official of the Department for Education and Sciences of the Sochi City Administration wants to take their three children away and send them to a specialized centre.

According to his story, "the witnesses of the eviction are employees of the MUE ‘Teploenergo’, which services the house, that is, the interested persons." He added that "the family had not been warned about the eviction." His wife is in hospital since March 2.

Let us remind you that prior to moving into the reserve housing fund, the Dyakovs lived in a house that was demolished during the construction of the road in the preparation for the Sochi Olympics-2014.
