Investigators search house and office of Zhirair Sefilyan

They confiscated the computer equipment and various items during the searches conducted in the house and office of the arrested Zhirair Sefilyan, the leader of the movement "100 years without the regime" and a member of the "Constituent Parliament", said his wife.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the arrest of Zhirair Sefilyan on suspicion of illegal transportation and storage of firearms became known today.

The search of the activist’s house was conducted in the presence of his wife Nanor Sefilyan.

During a search of Sefinyan’s office, they confiscated a computer, photos and telephones, one of the members of the "Constituent Parliament" told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent; in his opinion, investigators were looking for weapons.

Nanor Sefilyan has noted that the search of their house and the basement lasted for about 3.5 hours. As a result, as she said, no weapons were found.

Let us remind you that, according to investigators, Zhirair Sefilyan had plotted, jointly with a group of people, an armed seizure of buildings and means of communication and telecom, including the Yerevan TV tower.
