"Rosbalt": DVR record contradicts investigators' version in Nemtsov's case
Just before the murder, Boris Nemtsov was fixed by a digital video recorder (DVR) of one of the passing cars. The record has no evidence that the persons accused of killing the politician had followed him, the "Rosbalt" reports, citing its source.
A few minutes before the crime, a driver was moving in his car down Ilyinka Street and turned to the Big Moskvoretsky Bridge. His DVR recorded Boris Nemtsov, walking with his girlfriend Anna Duritskaya to the Big Moskvoretsky Bridge. It is seen on the record that there was nobody even at a distance from them.
However, according to the version of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), at that moment Anzor Gubashev and Bislan Shavanov should have been next to Nemtsov, while Zaur Dadaev should have already begun approaching the politician and his girlfriend, the "Rosbalt" reports.
It is also seen on the record that Nemtsov and Duritskaya were walking over the bridge completely alone; then, a snow removing vehicle began overtaking them; and when it was close to them, a man, presumably the killer, ran from behind the vehicle.
According to the source, when watching the record, one has a feeling that the attacker did not follow Nemtsov on the bridge. The killer could appear on the bridge only by climbing it by the stairs located near the venue of the crime, the edition writes.
Also, according to the source, the DVR captured another interesting point: after the shooting Duritskaya ran up to the snow removing vehicle; and at that point, from the other side of the bridge two persons approach the vehicle. They talk animatedly about something to the girl, take her by the arms and lead away to the stairs running off the bridge.
Anna disappears from the sight of the DVR and appears again, some 3-4 minutes later, but without the men. About 12 minutes after the murder, a DPS (road-and-post police service) car drives up to the venue, and then – an ambulance. There is no mentioning about the men who drove Duritskaya away from the crime scene in the case files and in the girl's evidence, the source said.
