Magomed Mutsolgov calls on law enforcers to abandon "extrajudicial executions" in Ingushetia
Killings during special operations in Ingushetia can be equated to "extrajudicial executions." This was stated by Magomed Mutsolgov, the head of the human rights organization "Mashr". He has called on Ingush citizens not to rise to provocations and not to unleash bloodshed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), during the special operation carried out in Nazran and the Nazran District of Ingushetia on May 26, five militants were killed, and three others were detained.
Magomed Mutsolgov has noted that in recent years, Ingushetia enjoys a decrease in number of armed clashes, and such a situation "does not suit everybody." The human rights defender has called on Ingush residents "to show solidarity and to prevent provocateurs from unleashing new bloodshed."
